We opened Red Dog Market as an extension of our own produce farm, Kneehigh Farm. In 2021, we decided to expand our farm production and open a year-round, seasonal market to support our farm partners, our family, and feed our community.
Before Red Dog, Emma had run Kneehigh Farm for a decade. Aaron worked on farms growing up in Chester County, and was working for Pasa Sustainable Agriculture when he and Emma met. His expertise was grass-based dairy. Red Dog is a natural extension of our mutual passion for food and community.
